How 23oz HEAVY TOTE BAG can be made…

Extra thick 23oz selvage denim is used in this tote bag. Specialized sewing machine is used which makes it possible to sew the extra thick material. The thread used here is thick as the 00 no. thread to stand the thickness of the material.

Leather was used in the bottom and handle part of the bag for higher resistance.

Selvedge is used on the inside of the mouth of the bag as an accent.

Inside pocket with leather patch. Comes with a zipper, convenient for storing cards, etc.
A double ring is attached to the back of the handle. Convenient for hanging keys and other items.

Every detail is completed with care and attention to detail. Here are some examples of our production.

①Cut the leather.

②The thickness of the leather is adjusted.

③The leather with adjusted thickness is sewn to wrap the sides of the inside pocket.

④Drill a hole in the bottom part to serve as a landmark.

⑤The denim and leather of the main body are sewn together.

⑥Sew the side tapes and finally fold over and caulk the bottom.

This completes the heavy tote bag. It is carefully produced over time.

The 23oz denim and thick leather will of course age beautifully.
